In this team spotlight, we’d like to introduce Renee McNary. She’s one of the people who helps our underwriters provide the industry-best service they’re known for—and she also happens to be a black belt. 

Renee is an underwriting technical assistant for Falvey Cargo. She supports the team’s underwriters with everything from application entries and quotes to policy issuance and broker questions. She is responsible for providing top-notch customer service, while also collaborating closely with our internal teams to ensure all critical information and details are in hand.

“My favorite part about working at Falvey is the people,” Renee says. “I am thankful to work with amazing people who push me to be better at my job every day.”

Renee joined Falvey Cargo’s team just after graduating college in 2018. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College, where she majored in business and management and minored in psychology. Renee worked part-time as an administrative assistant for H.E.L.P. Inc., a home security company, while attending college.

Renee has two dogs that she enjoys taking on hikes in her free time. She also loves the beach and visiting her family in New Hampshire to ski or sit by the lake, depending on the season. Renee is also a martial artist—she has a black belt in karate!
