Continuing our employee spotlight series, we’d like to introduce our underwriting technical assistant, Kelly Fletcher.
Kelly plays a vital role on the Falvey Cargo Underwriting team, where she works closely with our underwriters, assisting with renewal and new business submissions. She’s responsible for issuing quotes and policies and managing our accounts, as she makes any requested changes and issues subsequent endorsements throughout the term.
Kelly likes that Falvey has built a solid company culture. “I really enjoy the people I work with and our supportive team atmosphere,” Kelly says. “Everyone is willing to jump in and help when needed, and we are encouraged to continuously learn and grow.”
Prior to joining the Falvey team, Kelly was living in Upstate New York. She graduated from SUNY Albany with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and began her insurance career working for a personal and commercial insurance agency for five years.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, and reading. She’s also extremely artistic, so she jumps on any opportunity where she has a chance to be creative. Check out why she took 1st place in our internal competition, FIG's Got Talent.
