We’re pleased to introduce our vice president, Kathleen Creedon, as our next amazing employee in our spotlight series.
As Falvey’s vice president, Kathleen is responsible for the Marsh QSG platform, which involves handling all kinds of cargo accounts, from trip transits to complex pharmaceutical stock throughputs. She also oversees several wholesalers.
Of her role, she says, “Regardless of the broker or type of account, I pride myself in excellent customer service and competitive/creative solutions to each assured’s needs.”
As for her favorite part about FIG, Kathleen is impressed with the “unparalleled team” she gets to work with every day. She explains, “This group is experienced, smart, dedicated, and fun.”
Kathleen has a lot of experience under her belt. Prior to joining FIG, she spent 12 years working as a subrogation paralegal before becoming an underwriter for one of the firm’s clients, Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company. She also held the position of northwest region cargo manager at Fireman’s Fund/Allianz. What’s more, while she was living in California, she served twice as the president of AMUSF and once as vice president for BMUSF.
Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys traveling, visiting beaches all around the world, and exploring her new home state of Colorado. She also loves to read, as she gets through over 100 novels a year!
