Next in our employee spotlight series, we’re featuring Jessica DiSaia-Pelletier. Jessica is our rockstar underwriting technical assistant here at Falvey Cargo Underwriting.

Jessica’s role on the Falvey team involves working alongside our underwriters, assisting them with renewing and opening new business accounts. She also closely monitors accounts, as she issues endorsements and oversees midterm changes throughout the year.

Jessica has expressed that she loves how caring and supportive Falvey is toward its employees. “I’ve received so much support and encouragement during my time here,” she says. “This is such a family-orientated company, and it means so much to me that I don’t feel like I have to choose between my career and my family--I can have the best of both worlds.” And if that wasn’t great enough, Jessica’s sister works over in our claims department!

Before taking on her position at Falvey, Jessica worked for MetLife, servicing life insurance policies in the administrative realm. She also earned her manicurist license in 1997 and has worked in a salon.

When Jessica isn’t assisting our underwriters and overseeing our accounts, she’s enjoying time with her three kids, Alice (13), Sydney (11), and Jonathan (4), who keep her busy with everything from gymnastics to soccer. Jessica’s favorite season is fall, and she loves going to the beach, boating, and swimming.
