In this team spotlight, you’ll meet Michelle Reeves—a woman who has over two decades of experience at Falvey and is no stranger to the dojo.
Michelle first started at Falvey Cargo Underwriting back in October 1999 as an administrative assistant. Over the years, she has been promoted to underwriting technical assistant, team leader (west region), and is now an account executive. In her current role, Michelle is responsible for the profitability, retention, and growth of accounts within her underwriting authority. She also provides primary broker service and technical support on assigned accounts above her authority.
“My favorite part about working at Falvey is the people,” Michelle says. “I have the pleasure of working with great friends I have made over the years and I get to laugh every day.”
Prior to joining Falvey, Michelle was an accounts receivable clerk for a law firm and a follow-up coordinator for the Hearing Assessment Program at the Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island.
Outside of work, she spends all of her time with her son and daughter. They enjoy going to the beach, parks, and martial arts classes.
